1. Peanut Butter ‘Football’ Chomps
Peanut butter is an American staple. These cookies are a rustic and natural, not overly sweet treat- but just ‘right’ for your pet and you. These are football shaped touch down delicious.
How To: Preheat oven to 350.
Ingredients needed: 1 & 1/2 C Flour, 1 & 1/2 C Oats, 2/3 C Pumpkin, 1/4 C Smooth Peanut Butter, 1 Large Egg.
Steps: In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, egg and peanut butter until thoroughly incorporated. In a separate bowl, mix flour and oats. Gently pour dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Mix until smooth. Pour out onto a lightly floured surface and roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Using a cookie cutter, stamp out desired design. Place on a parchment lined baking pan and bake for 20-25 min.

2. ‘Team Color’ Ice Cubes
What better way to offer an enticing, crunchy, hydrating bite than in team themed ice cubes you can toss to your pup as soon as your team scores a touchdown? Make two sets of competing team colors so you can pick and choose which ones for your pups to catch mid-air when things either go or don’t go your way during the game.
How To: Get your spare ice cube trays out.
Ingredients: You’ll need cut up strawberries, lemons, corn, apples (yellow, green, or gold- depending on team) and blueberries, (If you needed more green) mint leaves also work great and freshen breathe for you and your dog.
Steps: Slice up small pieces of fruit and vegetables in corresponding team colors, and toss into ice cube tray, cover with water and freeze for 2-3 hours prior to game time.
Bonus: Can also be great garnish for human cocktails.

3. Sweet Potato ‘Skins’
Save your sweet potato skins the week prior to the game. Keep them in a ziploc bag and refrigerate them until game day.
Steps: Roll them up as tightly as possible, stick a toothpick in them to hold them together- and bake for 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Nice warm and a bit toasty. A great treat. If you’re wanting something a bit more flavorful you can always spread a thin layer of peanut butter inside of them before toasting in the oven. Be sure to dispose of the toothpick before giving to your pooch.
4. ‘Blitz’ Eggs
Eggs are delicious. And if you love deviled eggs then this recipe is sure to be a winner for both man and mutt.
Steps: Hard Boil eggs on the stove. Put in Fridge for 1 hour to cool. Remove eggshells. Slice Eggs in Half. Pop yolks out into a separate bowl. Mix with a small amount of Greek plain yogurt until whipped. Pour mixture into a Ziploc bag, then cut a small hole out of the corner of the bottom side of the bag. You now have a frosting pouch to pour and redecorate your egg halves. Feel free to get creative and design them with football stitching.
