(PRESS RELEASE) ST. FRANCIS, WI – Gott Pet Products, purveyors of Charlee Bear natural dog treats and Hound & Gatos natural food for pets, announces that Becka Sellnow will now serve as the company’s inside sales/customer service representative.

As part of her role, Becka will act as the internal voice of the customer by working to understand customer needs, behaviors and expectations. She will also be responsible for processing all regulatory, commercial invoice, and sample requests as needed, while addressing any order change requests or carrier issues/complaints.

Becka will be in charge of verifying the accuracy of both Charlee Bear and Hound & Gatos orders through the use of CRM and WORCS systems, in addition to ensuring that the company’s warehouse is shipping orders on time and in full.

“Becka has already proven to be an important asset to our team,” commented Rob Cadenhead, general manager for Gott Pet Products. “Her extensive background in sales and customer service speaks for itself, and I’m confident that she will continue to play an integral part in providing our customers with the best possible service.”

Previously, Becka served as senior AP/AR specialist at Malteurop North America. Prior to that, she worked as a quality assurance specialist at Konecranes Nuclear Equipment & Services, LLC. In her free time, Becka enjoys attending live concerts with her husband and bringing her two toddlers to the park or zoo. She also loves to do crafts, knit and read thriller books.

NASC Media Spotlight

At first it was just an idea: Animal supplements needed the same quality control that human-grade supplements receive. But that was enough to start a movement and an organization —the National Animal Supplement Council — that would be dedicated to establishing a comprehensive path forward for the animal supplements industry. In this Media Spotlight interview, NASC’s president, Bill Bookout, talks to PETS+ interviewer Chloe DiVita about the industry today: Where it’s headed, what’s the latest focus and why it’s vital to gain the involvement of independent pet product retailers.
