(PRESS RELEASE) From this week, Australian brand Outback Tails will be available for U.S. retailers to order through King Wholesale Pet Products.

This unique and beautiful range of pet accessories from Down Under has been printed with authentic aboriginal art from the Warlukurlangu Aboriginal artist of the Central Desert. A percentage of sale proceeds from the range goes back to the featured artist on each product.

The Outback Tails collection also includes an adorable selection of Australian outback animal dog toys all made from sustainable fibers and coloued with natural vegetable dyes making them a safe and non-toxic choice for mans best friend to chew and play with.

Outback Tails founder and director Jessica Knight says, “The Outback Tails brand philosophy all derives from our love and passion of Australian design and Indigenous art and we are really excited to be partnering with King Wholesale to bring our beautiful products and their message to the USA.

“When we launched Outback Tails at Global Pet Expo earlier this year, we were thrilled about how well received it was by retailers and we’re so pleased to now be able to offer it to them from a local distribution partner over there.”

NASC Media Spotlight

At first it was just an idea: Animal supplements needed the same quality control that human-grade supplements receive. But that was enough to start a movement and an organization —the National Animal Supplement Council — that would be dedicated to establishing a comprehensive path forward for the animal supplements industry. In this Media Spotlight interview, NASC’s president, Bill Bookout, talks to PETS+ interviewer Chloe DiVita about the industry today: Where it’s headed, what’s the latest focus and why it’s vital to gain the involvement of independent pet product retailers.
