Online Retailer Known for $3 Prices Rolls Out Pet Products

Brandless, a direct-to-consumer company that sells “everyday essentials” including organic food and non-toxic cleaners, is adding pet and baby products to its offerings.

At the same time, the company, founded in 2017 and known for its $3 prices, is adding a $9 price point for certain products, AdWeek reports.

Brandless, which now offers 400 products, also recently rolled out a subscription option through which some products can be delivered regularly.

Among the limited number of products that will sell for $9 are pet supplements and dog collars, according to AdWeek.

Aaron Magness, CMO for Brandless, told the publication that “in order to continue to expand our assortment at the quality people are looking for, we’re getting into categories where we have to increase our price point.”

Retail Dive reports that the Brandless pet line “includes organic beef bone broth, non-toxic toys, degradable waste bags and hemp collars, among other things.”
