(PRESS RELEASE) ORLANDO, FL — Bark Your Biz, the only pet industry entrepreneur pitch competition, was held on Wednesday March 20 at the Global Pet Expo in Orlando, Florida. Bark Your Biz was created by and is hosted by Anthony and Amanda Bennie, the 22-time award-winning founders of Clear Conscience Pet. The program is sponsored by CCP and their SuperGravy brand of holistic instant pet food topper gravy and broth mixes.
Primal Health LLC and their TEEF brand patented canine oral health supplement took top honors as the Bark Your Biz Best Barker of Global Pet Expo 2019. Emily Stein, PhD, presented for the company. Stein is the co-founder, CEO, and inventor of the TEEF product. Dr. Stein was assisted by Lindsey Campbell, co-founder and VP of business development. TEEF is at Global Pet Expo in partnership with Pet Product Innovations.
Tied for first runner pups were Rockster, LTD. and K9 Corp. Rockster won for their line of “bio-organic” pet foods recently introduced to the USA market from Europe, and the brand was presented by Co-Founder Zoe Ley.
K9 Corp. was chosen for their new line of Yak-9 dog chews made in Nepal by independent farmers and enhanced with Turmeric and CBD. Yak-9 was presented by Founder and CEO Pukar Pyakurel.
Tied for Second Runner Pups were Walkee Paws and Pet Krewe. Pet Krewe CEO and Founder Allison Albert presented their line of licensed pet costumes and tie-dye kits, including licensed lines depicting Sesame Street characters and NCAA Mascots.
Walkee Paws founder and CEO Lisa Baronoff presented their line of first-ever waterproof leggings for dogs.

All winners are eligible for consults with the Bark Your Biz expert panel as well as vouchers for discounts from other service providers.
The Bark Your Biz expert panel consisted of Phil Chang, retailing expert and the founder of Retail Phil; BC Henschen, the founder/owner of the Platinum Paws, and Candace D’Agnolo, the founder and CEO of The Pet Boss Nation.
“We had a great event for our third BYB program, and we are very grateful for the APPA and Global Pet Expo management for inviting us to produce the event live at the premier trade show in the pet care industry,” said Bark Your Biz creators and hosts Anthony and Amanda Bennie. “The lineup of companies was excellent and as usual, the choices were very tough for our expert panel.
