(PRESS RELEASE) Caitec announces the addition of Richard Nornhold as vice president of operations.
Nornhold joins Caitec from Johnson and Johnson and previously Energizer Personal Care. He brings many years of experience in global manufacturing, automation and business in the consumer products industry.
Nornhold’s role at Caitec will include the ownership of all operations in the U.S. and in China. In his role he will be responsible for new product development and continuous improvement efforts for all three of Caitec’s business segments (bird, dog and OEM).
He will be working with the company’s customer base over the coming months as Caitec transitions to a new ERP system and installs new project management tools. He will also be spearheading a Lean/5S implementation within the U.S. Operations, with a later implementation planned for operations in China.
