(PRESS RELEASE) TEMPE, AZ – 21st Century Animal HealthCare’s pet wellness brand, Calm Paws, launches a new line of calming recovery shirts for pets called Calm Paws Relax & Recover (R&R) Shirts.

“These new recovery shirts offer a comfortable alternative to e-collars to help protect pets from agitating injuries or surgical wounds while offering calming support. They provide gentle, therapeutic pressure to help calm pets,” said Colin Brodie, Vice President of Marketing for 21st Century Animal HealthCare.

Calm Paws R&R Shirts are manufactured from a stretch fabric to provide gentle therapeutic pressure to help pets feel secure and calm. The stretch fabric can be easily cut to accommodate different leg sizes. The design also features a heart-shaped calming pocket across the front of the shirt for use with Calm Paws Calming Disks, which help to soothe and calm pets with the use of essential oils.

Calm Paws Calming Disks are a patented form ideally suited for use with Calm Paws R&R Shirts. They are formulated for everyday use with your pet’s regular collar to provide calming support throughout the day and night.

NASC Media Spotlight

At first it was just an idea: Animal supplements needed the same quality control that human-grade supplements receive. But that was enough to start a movement and an organization —the National Animal Supplement Council — that would be dedicated to establishing a comprehensive path forward for the animal supplements industry. In this Media Spotlight interview, NASC’s president, Bill Bookout, talks to PETS+ interviewer Chloe DiVita about the industry today: Where it’s headed, what’s the latest focus and why it’s vital to gain the involvement of independent pet product retailers.
