As a rule, Claudia Montoya starts her days at 4 a.m. and ends them by 9 p.m. In between are hours filled with entrepreneurship, family and fun. Her newest venture: the 2025 NOVA Pet Health & Wellness Learning Series, seminars featuring industry experts and integrative veterinarians held at alternating Miss Kibbles locations. Also on her to-do list for this year: increasing titer testing in her community and raising pet health awareness with policymakers. She also wants to learn more about K9 pest detection services! To balance her busy work life, Montoya celebrates everyday and special occasions — getting engaged on Christmas Eve, turning 40 in January — with her son, Justin, inspiration dog Chicca and new fiancé Bill.
