(PRESS RELEASE) MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Gold Paw Series, a company committed to making eco-friendly apparel for dogs, welcomes Cira Ring as their new operations manager. As part of her role, Ring is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the business, handling shipping and receiving, overseeing the company’s bookkeeping and managing all customer service inquiries. Additionally, she works directly with wholesale accounts, such as independent pet stores and sales reps, to help them place their initial GoldPaw orders, as well as their restocking orders.
“Cira is instrumental in ensuring our day-to-day activities run smoothly,” said Rebecca Gadd, CEO of Gold Paw Series. “She really is a ‘Jill of all trades’, if you will. Providing exceptional customer service and playing a key role in onboarding new retailers are just a few of the responsibilities she handles so diligently. A lifelong dog lover, Ring is a Certified Dog Trainer through Animal Behavior College. Before joining Gold Paw Series, she worked as an office manager and dog trainer at Countryside Pet Resort & Spa, where some of her duties included greeting customers, selling retail, supervising all kennel attendants to make sure all pets were properly cared for, overseeing payroll, bank and credit card reconciliations and preparing bank deposits and daily sales. Prior to that, she served as an office manager at Ruby Red Bookkeeping in Tigard, Oregon and worked as a dog trainer and client relations specialist at Natures Acres Boarding Kennel in Damascus, Oregon.
In her spare time, Ring enjoys horseback riding and has an American Paint Horse back home in Oregon, where she was born and raised. She adores her Border Collie and Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix, Taj and Rory, and has spent years competing in Flyball. Both pups have been honored with multiple trick dog titles.
