Healthy Hemp Pet Company Releases New Pet Supplement

(PRESS RELEASE) SALT LAKE CITY, UT – Healthy Hemp Pet Company, an industry leader in all-natural pet products including PRC-hemp oil health products for pets, has launched a revolutionary new health product to boost pet immunity. CannaDrops Immune Supporter, combines USDA full-flower organic turkey tail mushroom with USDA organic, vapor distilled PCR-hemp oil for a powerhouse formulation which may help pets with a variety of health conditions including cancer.

Founder Dave Merrell and COO Rob Sanderson are thrilled to offer a product that contains the disease fighting and immune boosting turkey tail. “You’ll find both hemp and medicinal mushroom infused products for pets currently, but until this launch nothing combines the two. After we reviewed available research, it became apparent that there was a sufficient need for a product that contained both hemp oil and turkey tail mushroom.”

Turkey tail mushroom has been used for thousands of years in China as a holistic treatment to support immune system functions. This super ingredient is making waves in the U.S. The FDA has approved two clinical trials to study the potential of turkey tail mushroom extract to slow the growth of cancer cells and have positive effects on treatment in conjunction with chemotherapy. These mushrooms have also been at the center of 5.4 million dollar studies funded by the National Institute of Health. To date, benefits are:

  • Turkey tail mushroom has been shown to modulate the immune system, important for fighting diseases such as cancer, infections, and other illnesses.
  • A stronger immune system can help combat deadly cancer cells, making turkey tail mushroom a potent cancer-fighting food.

CannaDrops Immune Supporter contains 600 mg PCR-hemp oil and 3000 mg turkey tail mushroom concentrate. The product is available now and can be purchased online at, or in select pet retail shops. For more information about these products, to request an interview or media sample, please contact Dave Merrell at or (801) 935-4586.

NASC Media Spotlight

At first it was just an idea: Animal supplements needed the same quality control that human-grade supplements receive. But that was enough to start a movement and an organization —the National Animal Supplement Council — that would be dedicated to establishing a comprehensive path forward for the animal supplements industry. In this Media Spotlight interview, NASC’s president, Bill Bookout, talks to PETS+ interviewer Chloe DiVita about the industry today: Where it’s headed, what’s the latest focus and why it’s vital to gain the involvement of independent pet product retailers.
