Huxley & Kent Donates Fleece Jackets to Shelters

Each fleece jacket will help a shelter pet stay warm during its shelter stay.

(PRESS RELEASE) Huxley & Kent, a wholesaler of high end pet products, in partnership with Pet Palette, Independent Pet Partners and Woof Gang Bakery, donated over 2,100 fleece pull overs to seven shelters designated by their key customers.

Rescue groups include Beauty & Beasts Rescue in Wichita, KS; My Chi & Me Rescue in The Woodlands, TX; Hope Animal Rescue in Chapel Hill, NC; Mission Compassion Paws (MCP Rescue) in Chicago, IL; Secondhand Hounds iN Minnetonka, MN; Pet Connect Rescue in Upperville, VA; and the Houston Humane Society of Texas.

Each fleece jacket will help a shelter pet from the tiniest of newborn puppies through the larger breeds stay warm during their shelter stay.

Huxley & Kent offers retailers the opportunity to participate in the Huxley & Kent Rescue Fund by choosing at least one retailer a month to designate a local charity for a donation.
