(PRESS RELEASE) MECHANICSBURG, PA — At the request of the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport, the California Governor’s Office and out of concern for the health and safety of attendees, vendors and employees, Barkleigh has come to the decision to postpone Pet Boarding and Daycare Expo West in Burbank, CA.
The new dates for Pet Boarding and Daycare Expo West will be May 2-5, 2022.
Booth reservations and sponsorships will be honored on the new dates and remain unchanged.
The pet boarding and daycare industry has been greatly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Barkleigh has organized a four-part webinar series to help pet care providers pick up the pieces during this difficult time. While our in-person boarding events are postponed, Pet Boarding and Daycare Virtual Expo: Picking Up the Pieces will be held live during the original Pet Boarding and Daycare Expo West 2021 dates, May 3-6, via Zoom.
This online webinar series provides a toolkit for pet boarding and daycare businesses to adapt to the societal changes caused by the pandemic. During the live webinars, attendees are encouraged to use our chat feature to participate in valuable peer discussions. In order to create a space where pet professionals can openly discuss issues peer to peer and with our speakers, this event will only be offered live.
