Natural Pet Food Group Acquired by KKR

Natural Pet Food Group was launched in 2006 and now serves customers globally in markets including New Zealand, Australia, China, Japan, the U.S. and Canada.

Natural Pet Food Group, a New Zealand-based pet food company, has been acquired by KKR.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Neil Hinton, CEO of Natural Pet Food Group said, “My team is excited about the opportunities and connections that KKR can provide.
