Nicknamed “Gnaw it Forward,” this fur-friendly initiative helps support shelters with healthy products as their resident dogs await forever homes. Nature Gnaws continues to seek nominations on its website, allowing people to suggest their favorite shelter to receive boxes of natural dog chews.
Initially rolled out in 2019, the Gnaw It Forward program works directly with rescue shelters and nonprofits by sending them a variety box full of Nature Gnaws Chews. As shelters work tirelessly to help dogs receive the best care possible while awaiting a loving family, Nature Gnaws wants to acknowledge the importance of their efforts by giving their temporary visitors the best chews available. The boxes include 100% natural bully sticks, jerky, pork, salmon, yak chews and more.
