(PRESS RELEASE) On Monday, February 4, 2019, Pet Food Experts and Bentley’s Pet Stuff donated 15 pallets of pet food and supplies to the Colorado Pet Pantry located in Boulder, CO. The donations will feed homeless pets and pets of families in need.
“Typically the Pet Pantry distributes 40 pallets of food per month,” said Founder & Executive Director of Colorado Pet Pantry Eileen Lambert. “The food we’re receiving from Pet Food Experts and Bentley’s Pet Stuff will help us get a good start on February where we have seen higher need than usual.”
Colorado Pet Pantry is a non-profit organization that has been providing meals to pets of families in need since 2013. They operate in most of the front range of Colorado but hope to expand into the entirety of Colorado. By partnering with over 25 food bank locations Colorado Pet Pantry are able to target the families that need it the most.

Through their partnerships, Colorado Pet Pantry has become a hub for donations. In 2018, they were able to distribute 1.8 million meals to pets in need.
“Loving pets is a job requirement at Pet Food Experts—that’s why we were excited to partner with Bentley’s to help out the Colorado Pet Pantry and the Boulder community,” said Inside Sales Supervisor Kelly Pye. “Our mission is to feed as many pets as we possibly can, whether it’s through donations like this or providing independent pet retailers with the food and supplies to care for their customers’ furry friends. It’s important to us that we stay focused on that mission, especially during cold weather months when cats and dogs need it most.”
