Dr. Dodd has dedicated her career to developing plant-based nutrition solutions for companion animals as a board-certified veterinary nutritionist. She has formulated hundreds of therapeutic diets for dogs and cats with specific nutritional needs, while also developing commercial plant-based products for healthy pets.

Dr. Dodd received her veterinary degree at Massey University in New Zealand before completing her Master’s and PhD degrees at the University of Guelph, where she also completed a residency in veterinary and comparative nutrition. Her research has focused on optimizing plant-based nutrition for companion animals.
