(PRESS RELEASE) NEW YORK — East coast startup Pets So Good has launched a line of bespoke modern pet and lifestyle products last month — which includes items designed and produced by South Korea’s rising creative houses.

“We’ve always been passionate about the pet household and thoughtfully integrating it with the spirit of creative, easy design – without sacrificing quality. That’s why all the products we carry are imported from South Korea — a creative mecca we call our second home,” said Sally Choi, Partner of Pets So Good. “South Korea’s pet industry has grown exponentially in the past decade and there are companies designing and producing amazing products that enhance the life of our loving pets and their owners.”

Browse “Sleep,” “Eat,” “Walk,” “Bath,” “Play” and “Style” categories at www.petssogood.com. Products are available wholesale to retailers. All items are developed with the safety and comfort of pets in mind, using antibiotic fabrics to carefully shape and carved wood pieces.

At first it was just an idea: Animal supplements needed the same quality control that human-grade supplements receive. But that was enough to start a movement and an organization —the National Animal Supplement Council — that would be dedicated to establishing a comprehensive path forward for the animal supplements industry. In this Media Spotlight interview, NASC’s president, Bill Bookout, talks to PETS+ interviewer Chloe DiVita about the industry today: Where it’s headed, what’s the latest focus and why it’s vital to gain the involvement of independent pet product retailers.
