Looking for a way to go beyond samples, Fetch RI in Richmond, RI, launched Feedback Friday to encourage “real” owners and their pets to provide product reviews. Once a month, the store gives a customer a new product to try for free, with the resulting review shared via its social media channels. “Consumers love the unbiased feedback, and so many of them tell us they look forward to each Feedback Friday video,” owner Johnna Devereaux explains.
