(PRESS RELEASE) SUN CITY WEST, AZ — The National Animal Supplement Council (NASC) announced the re-election of Sara J. Phillips and the election of Paul Hays to its Board of Directors. Sara and Paul bring vast industry expertise, leadership experience, and a strong commitment to the NASC mission. They will serve three-year terms.

Sara Phillips
Sara is Vice President of Global Pet Business for FoodScience, LLC, where she leads two successful pet supplement brands, as well as a strong international business unit and an exploding contract manufacturing business. Sara was first elected to the NASC board in 2022 and is a visionary leader known for encouraging innovation and investing in talent within her team. A deep love of pets and a personal commitment to health and wellness contributes to Sara’s natural drive in the pet supplements space.
Paul is CEO of Vets Plus, Inc., and brings 40 years of experience in the animal health industry, which he passionately describes as a noble field due to its vital role in enhancing the quality of life for animals and their owners. Paul has led NASC member companies since 2015. His extensive experience in navigating animal health product regulations, combined with his deep understanding of the needs of supplement brand owners, will enable him to make a significant contribution to the future of NASC.
