(PRESS RELEASE) After sera already launched an online shop for pet retailers in the US in 2021, it has now been completely revised. The new online store comes with modern design, is clearly structured and easy to use.
In addition to a new design, the new store offers many user-friendly functions:
- User administration with authorization management
The company administrator can add or delete new users at any time. With the authorization management different roles can be created and rights can be individually assigned to the employees according to the needs of the pet store.

- Quick order function and import of shopping cart
To simplify the ordering process, the new online shop offers a quick order function as well as the possibility to import shopping carts via Excel file (in .xlsx or .csv format).
- Order history and invoice download
In the webshop customers have access to their order history and can download their invoices.
