Sparkle Grooming Co. is not your average dog groomer. Get routine and affordable care, essential to your dog’s health – 7 days a week.

(PRESS RELEASE) SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Sparkle Grooming Corp., the wellness-focused dog grooming franchise, announced its expansion into South Carolina with the addition of regional developers Trish Earing and Greg Kilbride. With extensive backgrounds in healthcare, sales, and franchise operations, Trish and Greg bring a wealth of expertise to Sparkle’s growing network. Their agreement includes the sale of 21 licenses across the state, furthering Sparkle’s mission to provide affordable, high-quality pet grooming services.

Trish spent years in healthcare as a Critical Care RN before advancing to leadership roles overseeing multiple service lines, community outreach, and technology implementation. She later worked as a clinical consultant and project manager, specializing in electronic records for hospitals and healthcare systems. Greg built a successful 26-year career in sales, regional management, and business development, winning multiple national sales contests and managing territories across four states. Together, they have also successfully operated The Joint Chiropractic franchises in Florida, gaining firsthand experience in scaling service-based businesses.

Their decision to join Sparkle was driven by their passion for pets and belief in the brand’s innovative approach and commitment to quality. “Pets are an integral part of our families and deserve the best care,” says Trish. “Sparkle makes dog grooming not only convenient and affordable but also a top-tier experience for both dogs and their humans. I love that pet parents can watch their furry friends through a glass wall—it’s a whole new level of transparency!” Greg echoes her enthusiasm, stating, “Sparkle’s model reminds me of The Joint, which revolutionized chiropractic care by bringing consistency and affordability to a fragmented industry. The dog grooming space is ripe for the same transformation, and we’re excited to be part of it.”

With their expertise in service-driven businesses and a deep understanding of franchise operations, Trish and Greg are poised to make a lasting impact in South Carolina’s pet care market. With their passion, dedication, and a tail-wagging commitment to excellence, Sparkle is confident that South Carolina’s pups are in great hands.

Since April 2024, Sparkle has awarded a total of 203 licenses across 10 states including Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Utah. At first it was just an idea: Animal supplements needed the same quality control that human-grade supplements receive. But that was enough to start a movement and an organization —the National Animal Supplement Council — that would be dedicated to establishing a comprehensive path forward for the animal supplements industry. In this Media Spotlight interview, NASC’s president, Bill Bookout, talks to PETS+ interviewer Chloe DiVita about the industry today: Where it’s headed, what’s the latest focus and why it’s vital to gain the involvement of independent pet product retailers.
