Christiansen most certainly loves dogs. In addition to owning and operating a dog shop in her howetown, she has shown Whippets and Basenjis, volunteers with Sighthound Underground, and does therapy work with her Spanish Rescue Podenco, Talco. Her longhaired Chihuahua, Elly, can be found running around the shop, and her Podenco Andaluz helps hold down the fort at home with the honey bees and butterflies.
