(PRESS RELEASE) OAKLAND, CA – In the spirit of innovation, Treatibles, a leader in the hemp wellness for pets space, has reformulated its phytocannabinoid rich oil dropper bottles with a new carrier oil, MCT Coconut Oil. The previous formula included hemp seed and grapeseed oil.
“While many pets found our original dropper bottle oils palatable, we knew we could find an even better formulation, one with even more benefits for animal companions,” said Julianna Carella, CEO and Founder of Treatibles.
Treatibles chose coconut oil because of its antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties. In addition, coconut oil contains antioxidants and is rich in lauric acid. Combined with the many benefits of phytocannabinoid rich (PCR) oil such as instilling calm and balance, reducing pain, increasing appetite, addressing seizures, reducing inflammation and more, makes this an excellent formula with both internal and topical applications.
“Most dogs love the taste of coconut, making this oil even easier to administer,” offered Carella. “Many cats, rabbits and other critters also enjoy the taste.”
As a topical remedy, Treatibles’ PCR and MCT coconut oil can help reduce pain, manage burns, help in the healing of rashes, infections, cuts, scrapes and blemishes. In addition, lauric acid is recognized for re-establishing the skin’s acid balance without drying.
“It was important for us to develop a formula that when used as a topical would be safe to consume and still provide internal benefits even if licked off” pointed out Carella. “This way, not one drop of the oil is ever wasted.”

As with the previous line of dropper bottle oils, the new formula is available in 90 mg and 250 mg bottles.
Treatibles has also added a high potency 750 mg dropper bottle, which is suitable for large animals, including dogs, horses and livestock. It is also appropriate for smaller animals who may be difficult to dose. For example, a 15-pound cat may do better with 2 or 3 drops of this strength rather than 15 drops of the 90 mg or 6 drops of the 250 mg.
