Jeff Manley and Jusak Yang Bernhard find fulfillment in family and community. The couple sold their pet business in Savannah, GA, to move closer to extended family and open Wag Heaven in Georgetown, TX. Through the pet-supply store and dog wash, they support pet parents, animal rescues and K9 units in their community. And inspired by Manley’s brother, who is on the autism spectrum, they employ high school students with special needs. The couple says about the 2017 move to Texas, “We are so grateful to be given this gift, opportunities to spend some quality time together as well as to be better brothers and sons.” And better pet parents to Shiba Inu-mix Max!
