Yvonne Hsu Named as New President of Hill’s Pet Nutrition

She succeeds John Hazlin, who has been named Colgate-Palmolive Chief Growth Officer.

(PRESS RELEASE) OVERLAND PARK, KS — Hill’s Pet Nutrition (Hill’s), a division of Colgate-Palmolive (CP) and global leader in science-led pet nutrition, announced the promotion of Yvonne Hsu to President, effective July 1, 2025. Hsu has also been elected a Corporate Officer by the CP’s Board of Directors. She succeeds John Hazlin, who has been named CP’s Chief Growth Officer.

Hsu’s appointment is a testament to her deep alignment with Hill’s core mission. Her passionate belief in the Hill’s purpose, which centers on transforming the lives of pets and their families through science-led nutrition, has been a driving force throughout her career. This commitment combined with her extensive experience in growing science-driven, professionally endorsed brands position her to lead Hill’s into its next chapter of growth and science-driven innovation.

Hsu has extensive experience in animal health, most recently as President and General Manager, Hill’s Pet Nutrition U.S., leading a dynamic business that has achieved strong growth in a continuously changing landscape. Before leading the Hill’s business in the U.S., she was Executive Vice President, Global Growth & Innovation, leading global marketing and customer development, innovation, digital transformation, and data and analytics. She joined Colgate-Palmolive in 2000 and progressed through a series of roles and categories within CP.

Hsu holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Cornell University’s SC Johnson Graduate School of Management in New York.
