Austin and Kat Wellness Supplements Names VP of Sales

(PRESS RELEASE) Seattle-based company Austin and Kat , announces Tim McGee to the role of VP of sales. After 25+ years at PepsiCo in sales, marketing and operations roles, McGee created a unique consulting business designed to develop national sales and marketing strategies specializing in “start up” natural food and beverage companies including Califia Farms and ‘nuun’ Hydration. While at ‘nuun’, McGee worked alongside Founder and CEO, Tim Moxey, (Austin and Kat’s COO and Kat’s husband). Together, Moxey and McGee executed a national and international distribution network and developed marketing strategies resulting in massive growth which enabled ‘nuun’ to become the market share leader in the hydration supplement category. Navigating change through an ever-changing and demanding marketplace is what he does best.

McGee will be responsible for managing Austin and Kat’s sales and education team with a focus on developing even closer relationships with the company’s growing portfolio of distributors alongside regional and national accounts. He’ll also be implementing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy as the company grows its hemp and non-hemp products.

Austin and Kat began in Kat’s home kitchen in 2014, as a way to assist her aging dog Brady into his golden years with the help of hemp and botanical extracts . The company soon grew into a full-fledged product line of chews and oil, as well as non-CBD supplement powders. All Austin and Kat still produces everything by hand in small batches, using the very best all natural ingredients in their very own Seattle Makery.
