Boss Pet Products Inc., a subsidiary of Boss Holdings Inc., has acquired the business assets of Bardel Bows LLC of Fort Valley, GA, a pet grooming bow designer and manufacturer.

The opportunity to bring this brand and company together with our pet businesses adds a further dimension to our ability to meet the needs of all our professional grooming customers,” said Chris Miller, president of Boss Pet.
“We are excited to work with Delise and Paul Knight, Bardel Bows’ husband and wife team, to build upon the legacy and brand that they have developed in the pet grooming industry and very proud to have Delise continue to lead the design and creative for Bardel Bows.”
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Bardel Bows furthers Boss Pet’s growth following its acquisitions of Coast2Coast, PetEdge and Frank Rowe and Son.
