Earthbath Launches New Treatment Balm

(PRESS RELEASE) SAN FRANCISCO — Earthbath grooming products, a trusted and recommended brand by top veterinarians, groomers, and other pet professionals for over 25 years, is launching a new Treatment Balm.

The company’s new Treatment Balm is the only pet balm made with over 30% Nilotica shea butter, which is native to East Africa and believed to contain higher therapeutic and conditioning qualities than the more common shea butter from West Africa. It is also fair trade and sustainably sourced to improve the lives of the women who harvest the shea butter from shea trees. Additional ingredients include aloe vera and coconut oil to help soothe and nourish dry, itchy, cracked skin on dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens over 6 weeks old.

Easy to use, pet parents, groomers and veterinarians can simply apply earthbath’s Treatment Balm directly to dry noses, cracked paws, calluses, skin folds, hot spots, open wounds, and abrasions to help promote healthy skin and healing.

“Joining our lineup of new innovations including our earthbath plant-based grooming wipes, we are thrilled to also introduce our new earthbath Treatment Balm.” states Paul Armstrong, President and CEO of earthbath. ”Distributors and retailers alike are looking to expand and/or improve their sustainable products offering to pet parents everywhere, and this plant-based, vegan, fair trade and cruelty free formula is sure to appeal to their premium-natural customers.”

This vegan formula does not contain any beeswax or other animal by-products. Made in the USA with domestic and imported materials, earthbath’s Treatment Balm comes in a 2.2oz container and can be used as often as needed.
