(PRESS RELEASE) PAWTUCKET, RI – Pet Food Experts Inc., a wholesale distributor of pet food and supplies, announced that the company is expanding its service area to cover all of Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky.
Pet Food Experts will now distribute a selection of its carefully curated brand portfolio to independent pet businesses beginning July 7. Retailers will be serviced from existing distribution centers located in Des Plaines, IL, or Denver, PA.
“We have had an interest in bridging the gap in our Midwest footprint for quite some time and due to the current state of distribution consolidation, we thought now was the perfect moment. We are thrilled to expand our services in this area and look forward to building long-lasting relationships with several hundred additional independent retailers,” said Michael Baker, president of Pet Food Experts.
With the expansion, Pet Food Experts will be delivering to over 4,500 retailers in 34 states out of five distribution centers located in Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Washington and Colorado.
