(PRESS RELEASE) The Hagen Group, a global leader in pet care products and brands, announced the appointment of Matt McCorstin as Vice President of Field Sales and Distribution, effective immediately. In this role, McCorstin will lead Hagen USA’s field sales organization across key channels and customer segments.
McCorstin brings nearly two decades of national leadership experience in the pet industry, with a proven track record of building high-performing, culture-first teams, developing enduring customer partnerships, and driving shared growth across multiple sales channels. His appointment further strengthens Hagen USA’s commitment to expanding its U.S. commercial capabilities and deepening customer relationships.

Most recently, McCorstin spent more than 15 years at Blue Buffalo, where he held a series of senior leadership roles including Sales Leader, Senior Director of Club Sales, Senior Director of Key Account Sales, and Senior Director of Distributor Sales. In these roles, he led national sales strategies across neighborhood pet, regional and natural grocery, club, drug, military, convenience, and distributor channels, while consistently developing strong teams and delivering impactful business results. Earlier in his career, McCorstin held sales leadership positions at Royal Canin.
