NOVATO, CA – Worldwise has acquired Kitty Sift, a cat litter and accessories company based in Eden Prairie, MN.
Worldwise’s acquisition of Kitty Sift “further enhances its omni-channel presence, adding innovative cat accessories to an already robust product portfolio of toys, pet beds, chews, cat products, travel accessories and other key categories,” according to a press release. Worldwise is an A&M Capital Partners company.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Following the close of the transaction, Kitty Sift founder Carrie Van Wert and her management team will join Worldwise’s leaderhip. In her new role as director of cat litter and accessories new product development, Van Wert will focus on the growth and management of the broader cat litter and accessories category.
