Busch Pet Products Wins the 2025 Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year

(PRESS RELEASE) CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO — Busch Pet Products, a family-owned holistic pet supply store and self-service dog wash in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, recently won the 2025 Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award. The store is owned by Stacy Busch-Heisserer and husband, Chris Heisserer.

The award banquet was held Friday, March 20, at the Show Me Center The award is presented annually to a local small business who exemplifies what it means to be a small business in the community.

Busch Pet Products was honored by other local business people for their innovation and community involvement, including their Howie’s Harvest initiative, which raises funds throughout the year to purchase pet food to be donated to the local food bank.

“After 15 years in business, it is such an honor to be recognized as the Cape Chamber Small Business of the Year,” said Busch-Heisserer, “We are thrilled to be honored by our peers and we wouldn’t be able to do what we do without our amazing team and our even more amazing customers!”
