Gott Adds 2 Team Members

(PRESS RELEASE) FRANCIS, WI – Gott Pet Products, a family-owned company that manufactures healthy and natural treats and food, has welcomed two new pet industry experts to its sales team.

Michelle Carter will join Gott Pet Products as the national accounts sales manager. With an extensive background in both sales and management dating to 2000, Carter’s expertise in delivering sales objectives and managing team and customer relationships will be a valuable addition to the company. Most recently, she served as west sales manager for The Company of Animals USA. Prior to that, she acted as national sales manager for Inaba Foods, USA and WC regional sales manager at Bocce’s Bakery, another dog biscuit company. Carter brings a deep understanding and knowledge of the pet industry to her new role, where she’ll be responsible for managing strategic customer accounts on a national level and maximizing all sales opportunities within those accounts.

Scott Warwick brings over 20 years of experience to his role as territory sales manager West. His time in sales, distribution and retail management in both the pet and beverage industries makes him an ideal fit for Gott Pet Products. Warwick previously worked with Chicken Soup for the Soul as territory sales manager. He has also held a variety of managerial positions at Mars Pet care between 2009 and 2018. As territory sales manager West, Warwick will be responsible for building and maintaining rewarding relationships with distributors and retailers throughout the western states.

“We are very excited to have Michelle and Scott join our sales team,” said Patrick McGarry, general manager of Gott Pet Products. “With wide-ranging industry backgrounds, they bring a wealth of knowledge with them to their new roles. Their insights will be a great asset to us as we continue to grow our presence nationally.”
