How Lucky Was This Lost Dog Found on a Rural Road?

A staff member picked up a loose dog in the middle of a rural road. She knew the dog looked familiar, but couldn’t place him. She took him to the local SPCA, where he was scanned for a microchip. Turns out, he was a dog who frequently comes to day care!
