Kevin Davis joined Huxley & Kent in 2020 and has been a driving force behind the company’s growth and innovation. With a sharp analytical mind, calm leadership, and a talent for solving complex challenges, Kevin has helped guide the company through both high points and hard times. He was instrumental in launching the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) at H&K, one of the company’s most transformative initiatives to date. Kevin is known across the organization as a thoughtful advisor, a trusted leader, and a steady hand in any situation.
Tim Brightwell joined Huxley & Kent just eight months ago, but he has already made a meaningful and lasting impact. With deep industry experience, a big-picture perspective, and a calm, encouraging style, Tim has quickly become an anchor within the sales team. His ability to connect the dots, offer sound advice, and bring out the best in his colleagues has strengthened both the team’s confidence and collaboration.
