Matrix Partners Earns dotCOMM Award

Matrix Partners has received numerous awards for its creative packaging and website designs, as well as impactful public relations campaigns.




(PRESS RELEASE) CHICAGO, IL — Matrix Partners, a full-service agency that focuses exclusively on pet product marketing, has secured a Gold dotCOMM Award in Social Media Marketing for its Instagram management efforts on behalf of Treatibles Organic Full Spectrum Hemp CBD Oil products for pets. Additionally, the firm received an honorable mention in the same category for another Matrix client, Charlee Bear dog treats. The dotCOMM awards are an international competition recognizing outstanding accomplishments in website design and all mediums of digital communication.

Matrix Partners created and curated a specific aesthetic to showcase the Treatibles brand identity to its social media audience. The brand’s main goal was to raise awareness among pet parents who care about their dog, cat, or horse’s health and wellness. The Matrix team was able to achieve this objective by creating captivating interactive content, such as hosting giveaways and providing testimonials to build a community and increase third-party credibility. Another social media goal was to use Instagram as a platform to reach new potential customers and educate owners on how these products can benefit their pets.

With engaging visuals and real customer feedback, the Matrix team helped grow the Treatibles Instagram audience organically throughout the course of a year. The brand achieved the milestone of amassing over 10,000 followers, a fan club which is currently 11,000+ strong and growing. Additionally, the Matrix team’s collective efforts on behalf of Treatibles secured nearly one million impressions.
