Pawzitivity Pet Products, the company behind brands Vet Naturals and Bingo Petco, has acquired the website DogVills.com.
This move will see DogVills join the Pawzitivity Pet Products family of brands, including Vet Naturals, Bingo Petco, Senior Pups, K9 Nature Supplements and Ruff Trade Products.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
This move represents Pawzitivity Pet Products’ fifth acquisition this year. The company “is buying up relevant pet brands as part of an aggressive acquisition strategy, which is designed to increase the company’s market share,” according to a press release.
“I’m excited about this move,” said Gary Nealon, Co-Owner of Pawzitivity Pet Products. “This website should give us a dedicated traffic source of over two million unique visits per year.”
DogVills provides information on proper dog care.

“Along with increasing demand for healthy pet products, we’ve also seen growing interest in information on how to keep pets healthy, and give them the absolute best quality of life possible,” said Nealon. “This acquisition will help us to provide accurate and helpful information to other pet parents out there, and allow us to reach our goal of making pets as happy and as healthy as possible, from pup on to the later stages of life.”
