(PRESS RELEASE) BOULDER, CO — The Pet Sustainability Coalition (PSC) announced the appointment of Michael Seitz, CEO & Chairman of EarthWise Pet, and Caitlyn Dudas, Co-Founder of PSC and Consultant at Good Company, to its Board of Directors. In addition, Dustin Dover, COO of Renew Biomass, has been elected 2026 Board Chair.
PSC also announced new officer appointments: Joanne Dwyer (PetSmart) as Vice Chair, Rebecca Rose (InClover) as Treasurer, Adam Kay (Tyler Packaging) as Secretary, and Stephanie Volo (Earth Animal) as Chair Emeritus. This leadership team strengthens PSC’s ability to advance sustainability in the pet industry through collaboration, education, and innovation.
As PSC continues to scale its programs, partnerships, and global influence, these board appointments reflect a deliberate step to strengthen governance, deepen industry expertise, and position the organization for long-term impact. By bringing together leaders with proven experience in business growth, sustainability strategy, and collaborative change, PSC is reinforcing its commitment to guiding the pet industry toward measurable and scalable solutions.

Board Chair Leadership
As COO of Renew Biomass, Dustin Dover brings more than 15 years of experience building and scaling mission-driven businesses. He founded Renew Biomass from the ground up into a vertically integrated B2B ingredient manufacturer serving national food and pet food brands. Known for his people-centered leadership style, Dover brings a disciplined, solutions-focused approach to governance that supports long-term organizational health.

With a lifetime of experience in the pet industry, Michael Seitz is passionate about building brands that positively impact pets, people, and communities. As CEO & Chairman of EarthWise Pet, he has led the company’s transformation from a small regional chain into a national franchise with more than 200 locations, guiding long-term vision, growth, and brand integrity.

Her work has included pioneering initiatives such as Flex Forward, the pet industry’s first return-to-retail plastic collection program.
