(PRESS RELEASE) BOULDER, CO — The Pet Sustainability Coalition (PSC), the pet industry’s leading sustainability partner, announces the appointment of Chloe DiVita as the organization’s first Director of Growth. This newly created leadership role underscores PSC’s commitment to expanding its reach and accelerating impact across the pet industry.
With more than two decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience — including over a decade in the pet industry — Chloe has a proven track record of driving engagement, building communities, and leading organizations through growth. She has launched industry-leading events, cultivated strong partnerships, and advanced sales and business development strategies that deliver measurable results. Her ability to build visibility, revenue, and organizational presence will be pivotal in advancing PSC’s next stage of growth.
As Director of Growth, Chloe will lead initiatives to expand PSC’s membership, increase organizational revenue, and raise industry-wide awareness of PSC’s mission and impact. She will collaborate with the leadership team to drive meaningful partnerships and deliver value to members while ensuring PSC continues to provide innovative solutions that help companies adopt sustainable environmental and social practices.

The addition of a Director of Growth reflects PSC’s focus on expanding industry adoption of sustainable business practices and ensuring that progress scales to meet the urgency of global challenges.

On a personal note, Chloe lives in Broomfield, Colorado with her husband and their greyhound, Silka. A lifelong greyhound lover, she enjoys camping, traveling, reading, and long walks with her dog.
Chloe embarked on her new role September 8, 2025, working closely with PSC’s leadership team to usher in the coalition’s next decade of growth and impact.
