Produced by the World Pet Association (WPA), SuperZoo has earned a reputation as the industry’s most anticipated pet retail event, and this year’s event, taking place August 16–19, 2021, will continue to deliver seminars and trainings that will help pet industry professionals refine their retail strategies, master the latest grooming techniques and stay ahead of animal wellness trends.

SuperZoo’s education program is customizable, featuring retail tracks including Business, Leadership/Personal Development and Nutrition/Wellness. With sessions like Leveraging Your SEO and Google My Business Page and What’s New in Nutrition? Get the Latest Scoop on Pet Food with our Expert Panel of Nutrition Experts, retailers will leave with the knowledge they need. Expert-led grooming seminars within Business, Styling and Safety/Wellness tracks will be incorporated into the curriculum as well. Sessions include CPR-PetTech First Aid and Care for Your Pets and Caring for the Challenging Dog. A selection of educational sessions will be hosted on WPA365 for continuous learning opportunities with 30 minutes sessions from Lynn Switanowski, Crystal Vilkaitis, Tammy Bond and Michael Johnson.
