Sure Petcare Showcases Connected Pet Technology At Ces 2019

(PRESS RELEASE) CAMBRIDGE, UK — Sure Petcare will showcase its new connected pet product range at the the Consumer Electronics Show Jan. 7-11 in Las Vegas.

For more than 10 years, Sure Petcare has been developing smart pet technology products for concerned pet parents around the world. As a first-time CES attendee, Sure Petcare will feature an exclusive sneak peek of the Sure Petcare ecosystem of connected products, each designed to increase the bond between pets and their owners. The new products include:

Animo – a unique dog behavior monitor which tracks a pet’s health and well-being throughout their lifetime.

SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect – uses integrated scales to precisely weigh out food and accurately monitor a pet’s feeding behavior.

SureFlap Microchip Cat Door Connect – enables owners to set individual and remotely changeable entry and exit permissions for each pet.

All products will connect to a Sure Petcare ecosystem of products via an app which is designed to support proactive pet care. The ecosystem provides owners with data and insight into their pet’s day-to-day activities and routines, empowering them to identify and address the changing needs of their pet throughout their lifetime.

Nick Hill, president/founder and pet technology thought leader Sure Petcare said: “We are delighted to be showcasing our new suite of connected products at CES. This is the first time that we have exhibited at CES, however we believe that this is an ideal event for us given the growing interest in pet technology among pet parents the world over. The pet technology industry is anticipated to be worth $2.6 m in 2019 and for the past 10 years, we have been developing smart technologies and using innovative approaches to help support owners’ care for their pets in new ways.”

“CES is the perfect opportunity for us to introduce the first products in our extended connected ecosystem, which places pet well-being and insight for owners at the center of everything that we do,” added Hill, who develops and oversees all Sure Petcare pet technology development.

“We started our connected offering with the introduction of the world’s first app-controlled pet door, the SureFlap Microchip Pet Door Connect, which helps owners to stay connected to their pet, despite today’s busy lives. Our new suite of products will further enhance the pet-owner bond by providing owners with precise data on their pets’ activity, nutrition and behavior, at their fingertips.”

CES is a four-day event bringing together consumer technology companies from around the world to provide an insight into their future developments. Visit Sure Petcare in the Sands Convention Center, A-D, Booth #42367.
