WHEN TERRI ELLEN found herself “too young to retire and too old not to follow my passion,” she quit her high-paying corporate job and opened a pet-supply store and grooming salon. Nearly eight years later, Ellen still loves going to work each day. She also enjoys heading home to her rescue pets: Yorkies Tillie and Tazz (pictured here, left to right), Chihuahua Toovie, and cats Lucy and Ginger Peach.
