Thief Takes 50 Animals From Florida Pet Store

Fifty birds and two monkeys were stolen from a pet store in Kissimmee, FL.

The theft took place Thursday at HSL Animal Paradise, the Orlando Sentinel reports. Police continue to investigate.

The animals taken were valued at about $60,000 in total.

A lone suspect was seen in security footage, according to the Sentinel.

The suspect reportedly made a hole in the back wall and came in, then unplugged security cameras.
