In addition to holding vice president titles at Markham, IL-based Evanger’s Dog and Cat Food Company, Chelsea and Brett co-founded Against the Grain Pet Food in 2015, a pet food manufacturing company that prides themselves on quality sourcing of ingredients and the smartest choice for healthy, happy pets. The businesses must have revenue between $500,000 and $10 million or have raised capital in this range. 2020 being an ultimate challenge, during the pandemic, these firms have pivoted, putting their offerings online, helping clients navigate the crisis or donating goods and services.
