Caitec Inc., a portfolio company of Fairchild Capital Partners LLC, has acquired VetPet Box, a veterinarian-owned and operated pet subscription box. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Houston, VetPet Box sends a monthly box of vet-approved toys, treats, wellness products and pet care education materials to dog and cat owners throughout North America.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

current dog business into the growing pet subscription box service channel,” said Terry Gao, CEO of
Caitec. “Caitec shares a common goal with VetPet Box – to provide high quality products that enrich
the lives of pets and their parents. We will now have a veterinarian expertise to enhance our
product development across all of our product categories including dog, bird, small animal and cat.”
