Williams started West Paw by purchasing a small Montana company that specialized in sewing plush pet toys and organic catnip. As it grew, Williams sought to maintain a focus on U.S. manufacturing and sustainable materials, which brought a factory in Bozeman and the development of its recyclable plastics.
Today, West Paw’s bright, bouncy toys are made of recyclable Zogoflex and Seaflex plastic, and are BPA-, latex-, silicone- and phthalate-free, as well as durable and dishwasher-safe. Complementing them are treats made from sustainably sourced ingredients and humanely, regeneratively raised proteins.
Every purchase is also backed by the company’s Love It Guarantee – if a product doesn’t live up to its intended purpose, the company will replace it with one better suited to the customer’s pet.
