APPA Board of Directors Elects Kevin Fick as Chairman of the Board

He’s been on the board for four years.

(Press Release) ORLANDO, FL — Bob Vetere, president and CEO of the American Pet Products Association (APPA), announced that Kevin Fick will serve as chairman of the board of directors for the 2017-18 term.

“Kevin has played an integral role on this Board for the past four years,” said Vetere. “We are confident his dedication and industry knowledge will be a great asset to the Board, the Association and ultimately our members and the entire pet industry.”

Fick (shown here with Coco) is CEO of Worldwise Inc., an industry leader of smart, stylish and environmentally responsible pet products and solutions. Fick joined the APPA board in 2013 and has over 17 years of experience in the pet industry. Prior to joining Worldwise, he worked for EK Success and Central Garden and Pet. Fick obtained his bachelor of science from the University of Northern Iowa.

Chuck Latham of H & C Animal Health, will serve as secretary/treasurer and Bob Merar, president of Exclusively Pet, is immediate past president.
