(PRESS RELEASE) Caitec announced that it has been included in M&T Bank’s Success Stories Series advertising campaign. The campaign features companies that highlight M&T’s commitment to its customer’s success. The Success Stories Series campaign includes both TV and print ads running through November in M&T’s trading area. Caitec is among only eight customers selected to be included in the campaign because of its classic “rags to riches” story. Caitec’s president, Terry Gao is presented in a TV spot and print ad highlighting the company’s rise from selling birdcages at flea markets. Today, thanks to M&T’s support and Gao’s drive, Caitec is a leader in both bird and dog toys.

“M&T has been with me from the beginning,” Gao said. “They have supported my dreams and shared in my vision to continuously innovate and grow Caitec.”

The Success Stories Series debuted with a TV spot in February and will run through November. In the print version of the campaign, Gao is featured with a parrot, symbolic of the company’s humble origins in 1992.

“We always believed in Caitec,” says Matthew Cohen, Baltimore business banking regional manager. “As we were developing the Success Stories Series campaign Caitec came to mind immediately. We are proud to be a part of Caitec’s journey and its future.”
