(PRESS RELEASE) Brooklyn born and Colorado grown, buzzn is crafting premium CBD solutions that help to align a pet’s body and mind.

Created by pharmacists, buzzn’s products focus on the natural compounds of phytocannabinoid-rich hemp oil that promote healing. The company uses organic farming practices that cultivate naturally developed genetic strains of industrial hemp, ensuring a safe and regulated hemp oil product. Buzzn’s products are broad-spectrum extracts that contain zero THC and come with third-party certificates of analysis.

“All pet owners want the same thing: for their pets to live happy and healthy lives,” says Min An, founder and CEO of buzzn. “Unfortunately, just like humans, most pets experience stress, aches, pains and chronic illnesses that make their day to day life challenging and debilitating. Pet parents today are seeking alternatives to modern medicine for their pets, which is why hemp-derived products are on a continuous rise.”

Buzzn currently has two CBD-infused products available for dogs: Puppy Potion and Chill Bites. Both products help to improve conditions in pets such as anxiety, nervous licking, phobias/fears, travel stress, and sleep issues. They both contain no GMOs, are Farm-Bill-compliant and gluten-free. All of buzzn’s packaging is made of 50 percent post-consumer waste material and 100 percent recyclable paper.

NASC Media Spotlight

At first it was just an idea: Animal supplements needed the same quality control that human-grade supplements receive. But that was enough to start a movement and an organization —the National Animal Supplement Council — that would be dedicated to establishing a comprehensive path forward for the animal supplements industry. In this Media Spotlight interview, NASC’s president, Bill Bookout, talks to PETS+ interviewer Chloe DiVita about the industry today: Where it’s headed, what’s the latest focus and why it’s vital to gain the involvement of independent pet product retailers.
