“My wife Pamela and I got into this business because we wanted pets everywhere to enjoy a wholesome, healthy diet that’s Just Like Homemade,” commented Adrian Pettyan, co-founder and CEO. “We want to personally thank all our retailer and distributor partners for believing in our dream. They’ve helped us build this exceptional brand for the past five years.”
The Pettyans were inspired to start a pet food company when they saw the difference fresh, home cooked meals made for their beloved Golden Retriever, Karu. This led them to create the first ready-to-serve diets that are truly human grade. These grain-free stews also hold the distinction of being the first pet recipes packed in eco-friendly Tetra Pak cartons in North America.
Even with all these accomplishments behind them, the Pettyans and their dedicated management team shows no signs of slowing down. Since Caru stews and treats for dogs were introduced, their product portfolio has expanded to include homestyle Bone Broths for pets as well as Classic Stews and natural treats for cats. The company also rolled out Daily Dish, a line of stews for dogs that is competitively priced with more mainstream canned brands but contains all the wholesome nutrition needed for a healthy lifestyle.
